Artwork & File Guidelines
Artwork Requirement for this Product:
Submit artwork in 300 DPI transparent PNG, PDF, or AI. Group designs with at least 0.25 inch spacing.
Resolution & Scale
Minimum 300 DPI at 100% finished reproduction scale. Never upscale low-res raster imagery.
Accepted Formats
PNG (transparent), Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF (vector curves), PSD, or SVG.
Color Profile
CMYK or RGB embedded with standard ICC profiles. Prepress RIP auto-maps to vivid gamut.
Transparency Check
Background must be 100% transparent. Feathered edges should maintain sharp anti-aliasing.

Substrate Engineering
Application & Heat Press Guide
Step 1: Preheat garment for 5 seconds at 160°C (320°F) to eliminate residual fabric moisture.
Step 2: Position DTF transfer sheet design side down on garment.
Step 3: Press firmly with medium-to-heavy pressure (50–60 PSI) for 15 seconds.
Step 4: Allow transfer to cool completely (approx. 20–30 seconds) before peeling PET film away smoothly.
Step 5: Post-press for 5 seconds with Teflon or silicone parchment sheet for ultra-soft hand feel.
1. Temperature
155°C – 165°C
Optimal for polyurethane adhesive activation.
2. Pressure & Time
15 Seconds
Medium-high pressure (40–50 PSI) for fiber lock.
3. Peel Method
Cold Peel
Allow sheet to reach room temperature before peel.
4. Post-Press
5 Seconds
Finish with silicone parchment for a soft hand feel.
